I received my Alfa 4 PIZZE today and Roberto was great with his support to get the oven in my desired spot which was up some stairs in the garden.

He is very friendly and provides very good advice which also includes his YouTube videos.

Forneri - Wood Fired Ovens are great. We were unsure what type of oven to get and needed more information. As Roberto sells both traditional and the Alfa Stainless steel ovens he really knows his stuff. We also really appreciated his youtube "how-to" videos that are very informative. Once we decided on the Alfa Ciao Oven he even set us up with some wood and a stainless wood holder at no extra cost, this was above and beyond. He has also helped us over the phone with our first few pizza nights, which were a great success and loved by all our family. we would be happy to recommend "Forneri - Wood Fired Ovens" to anyone looking for wood or gas fired pizza ovens and/or helpful advice. ABOUT BENTLEIGH-EAST

The suburb, like its neighbour Bentleigh, was named after the infamous Victorian politician Thomas Bent. Part of East Bentleigh was inside the original grant of land bought by English farmer and brewer, Henry Dendy, in 1841. He bought 5,120 acres (20.7 km2) which was bounded on the west by Port Phillip Bay, then North Road, East Boundary Road and South Road.  East Bentleigh Post Office opened on 9 January 1928 and closed in 1995, although Bentleigh East Delivery Centre remains open. Coatesville Post Office on Mackie Road East Bentleigh opened on 1 April 1955.

East Bentleigh police station closed in the early 1990s and the building remains standing on the corner of East Boundary Road and Omeo Court, near Centre Road.
